“World conference.”

90 year anniversary of radio broadcast.

65 years of television broadcast.

Temple building continues in earnest.

88,000 missionaries currently serving.

President Boyd K. Packer

The scriptures testify of the life and ministry of Jesus Christ.

Through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we are redeemed from the Fall of man.

As in Adam all die, so in Christ shall all be made alive.

All have sinned, but we are justified by His grace.

He suffered for each and everyone one of us individually.

Those who repent and forsake sin will find that His merciful arm is outstretched still.

We can have guilt erased, and feel hope.

It would be a difficult world to live in if we could never be forgiven of our mistakes.

The mercy and grace of Jesus Christ are not limited to just those who commit sin.

The guilt that accompanies mistakes can be washed away.

Understanding the Atonement brings a deep reverence for Jesus Christ.

The true success of the gospel of Jesus Christ will be measure by the strength of its individual members.

We seek to strengthen the testimony of the young and old, the married and single, men, women, children, every nationality, rich and poor.

Each member of the Church is a critical element in the body of the Church.

Each member serves as a testimony of the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

Joseph knelt to pray, and what marvelous things have come as result.

Through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved.

Which way do you face?

A Seventy represents the prophet to the people.

Do not forget which way you face.

We seek respectful co-existence with those who point fingers.

Decisions of character are made by remembering the right order of the first and second great commandments.

You should not fear man more than God.

The true batch of courage is overcoming the fear of men.

Courage is the form of every virtue at the testing point. -CS Lewis

Lowering the Lord’s standards…is a sign of apostasy.

Bishops are called upon to boldly defend the temple standard.

The Savior always faced His Father.

The Savior was the most fearless.

He is the only person that never once forgot which was He faced.

In every way possible, He was His Father’s perfect disciple.

Understand the significance of the Sacrament.

A holy communion. A renewal for the soul.

We will want what He wants more than what the world wants us to want.

As we partake of the Sacrament, we witness to God that we will remember His Son always.

We are reminded that we must keep His commandments.

Obedience to the commandments brings the power of the gospel into our lives.

The Sacrament is a time for reflection.

Don’t neglect Christ’s enabling power of His Atonement.

God be thanked for the Savior’s enabling power.

The method to obtain forgiveness is to repent of our sins and obtain forgiveness.

There is a Spirit that warms the soul from head to foot.

Comfort and happiness come to the soul that is worthy and truly desires of partaking of this spiritual food.

He will always be our Bread of Life and Living Water.

The Spirit heals and renews our souls.

Aaronic priesthood holders represent the Savior when the prepare and bless the Sacrament.

The more we ponder the significance of the Sacrament, the more meaningful and sacred it becomes.

I go to church to partake of the Sacrament.

Ward counsels reach out and rescue.

We must work together, united in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Full time missionaries are great resources to the wards in rescue efforts.

We become more Christ-like as we participate in rescue efforts.

Our combined faith will affect the well-being of others.

Jesus Christ is a God of miracles. He loves us all, and has the power to save and heal both physically and spiritually.

D. Todd Christofferson

When things turn bad there is a sense of urgency to blame others or even God.

God intends that His children should act according to the moral agency which He has given them.

It is His plan and HIs will that we have the decision making role in our own life’s dramas.

God will not control us like puppets.

God does not save us just as we are. We are unclean.

Because He loves us, he neither compels nor abandons, but helps and guides us.

The real manifestation of God’s love is His commandments.

We begin life innocent before God.

With God’s help, we can become as He is.

Justice is an essential attribute of God.

God is no respecter of persons.

According to justice, the plan of redemption could not be brought about only on conditions of repentance.

Christ died not to save indiscriminently , but to offer repentance.

Faith towards repentance leads to redemption.

A God who makes no demands is the functional equivalent of a God who does not exist.

It is God who ultimately decides what is right and wrong.

Resenting the law of gravity won’t keep a person from falling when he steps off a cliff.

The opportunity to assume personal responsibility is a God-given gift.

It is God’s will that we be free men and women, enabled to rise to our full potential.

It is by grace that we are saved, after all that we can do.

We must exert ourselves, repent, and choose God.

Go to work so that there is something for God to help us with.

Dieter F. Uchtdorf

mormon-Uchtdorf

The universe is mind-bogglingly bigger than anyone had previously believed.

The heaven are filled with numberless galaxies. Each containing billions of stars.

The immensity of the universe has never changed, only our ability to perceive and understand it.

It seems to be a trait of humanity to assume that we are right even when we are wrong.

God himself has given the promise that His children can know truth for themselves.

God will speak to those who approach Him with a sincere heart and real intent.

God cares about you. He will listen and He will answer your personal questions.

You need to learn to listen to His voice.

Jesus Christ is the way.

A guaranteed experiment – Search the word of God sincerely. Be grateful. Ask for an answer. See Moroni 10:3-5 in Book of Mormon.

To put the teachings of the gospel to the test, live them.

A personal testimony of the gospel and Church is worth every effort.

To recognize truth, you must use the right instruments.

The more we incline our hearts and minds toward God, the more light distills upon our souls.

Things that seemed hazy, dark, and remote become bright and clear to us.

The church is a place for people with all kinds of testimonies.

The Church is a home for all to come together, regardless of the depth or height of our testimony.

The Church is for all to come unto Christ and be perfected in Him.

The Church is a place for people like you and me.

We do not condemn others for the amount of life they may or may not have.

The process of gathering spiritual light is the quest of a lifetime.

If you do your part, it will come, and it will be glorious.

Spiritual truth will bring light to your heart, and joy to your spirit.

Spiritual light is within the reach of every child of God.

Do not delay the moment to strengthen your own personal testimony of God.
