To bear means to support the weight of that which is held.
There are too many men who have been given the authority of the priesthood but lack the power.
The power is blocked by sins.
Don’t spend more time seeking power over others than spending more time to fully access the power of God.
Live up to our privileges.
Only a man who has paid the price for priesthood power will be able to bring miracles to others and keep his family safe for eternity.
The more the attributes (Sec 4) are developed the greater our priesthood power will become.
If you want to see your wife’s heart melt, let her find you reading scriptures and studying the doctrine of Christ.
If you want more priesthood power-cherish and care for your wife. Embrace her council.
Rise up as the men God foreordained us to be.
Stephen W. Owen – Young Men General President
Jesus Christ is the greatest leader who ever lived.
Christ is also the greatest follower.
Christ followed his father perfectly.
In God’s eyes the greatest leaders have always been the greatest followers.
Caring adults see young men not for just who they are, but who they can become.
Regardless of your calling you are always a leader and always a follower.
We must lead those we love to the same blessings we enjoy.
When thou art converted strengthen thy brethren.
When you are following Christ you are leading others to Him.
Dieter F. Uchtdorf – Second Counselor First Presidency

When it comes to things of eternal importance – replacing the original instead of the modern can lead to remorse.
Families are the order of heaven.
Families require constant, intentional work.
Our best efforts should be given to saving and enriching our family relationships.

Those who save marriages pull out the weeds and water the flowers.
Those who save marriages save future generations.
Every family needs saving.
There are no perfect families.
If charity is the pure love of Christ, then pride is the main characteristic of satan.
The way you treat your family may influence generations to come.
What kind of legacy do you want to leave?
Mercy triumphs over judgement.
Build bridges. Don’t destroy them.
Let love conquer pride.
We all can be saviors of strong families.

Thomas S. Monson – President
The rights of the priesthood are inseparably connected with the powers of heaven.
Wherever you go your priesthood goes with you.
Are you standing in holy places?
Remember who you are and who God expects you to become.
